Fluids Media Engineering is a black empowerment
mechanical engineering construction company
founded in 2005. With its roots in the Eastern Cape,
the company’s head offices are now in Gauteng.
Mission
Delivering cost-effective value-adding engineering
solutions in collaboration with our clients by leveraging
on our know-how as well as through our commitment
to delivering excellence. This is achieved with minimal
environmental impact and the occupational health and
safety of all participants is continuously enhanced.
Vision
To become an inspiring engineering contracting company,
fostering growth and creativity whilst contributing to the
wealth and wellbeing of all stakeholders.
Company founder Vuyo Nongogo holds a Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering, a BTech MechEng and a
certificate in Advanced Project Management from
Rhodes University. He honed his engineering skills in the
automotive industry, with highlights including being
Project Engineer for the W203 C-Class Mercedes drivetrain
assembly project. After a spell with Volkswagen
South Africa as Project Manager for VW trucks assembly
and being part of the project team for the introduction
of the Golf 5, Vuyo joined a mechanical engineering
construction company and it was then that he developed
the vision for Fluids Media Engineering.
