ATMs
Cash machines can be found at the information
offices at the main entrance, by the lake, opposite
the playground in Spain, at the exit of the
water roller coaster ‘Poseidon’ and in the hotels
‘Colosseo’, ‘Bell Rock’ and ‘Santa Isabel’. Credit
cards are widely accepted in the park.
Car Park
When you visit the park, you can park your car
safely and easily in the large visitors’ car park,
which offers direct access to Europa-Park. When
leaving you will need an exit ticket, which you
can purchase from all the information offices
and from the vending machines at the cash
desks in front of the main entrance.
Charging stations for electric vehicles
E-Charging points can be found near the Camp
Resort and on the Reserved Parking at the park’s
main entrance. Other charging stations can also
be found at the Europa-Park hotels.
Children’s Birthdays
We offer our little guests the opportunity to
attend an unforgettable birthday party at Europa-
Park. On his or her birthday, the birthday child
gets (valid until and including 12 th birthday) free
admission to the park. Celebrate a birthday with
plenty of surprises, a serenade by the band and
entertainment by artists and Ed Euromaus. Please
note that a birthday party must be booked at least
seven days before the birth date. For further information

Lockers
Lockers for your personal belongings are available
at the main entrance. They may be rented
for a single day only, for a small fee. Please note
that we accept no liability for the contents of
the lockers.
Lost Property
Is located in the information office at the
Europa-Park main entrance. For inquiries call
+49 (0) 7822 77-28100 or email fundbuero@
europapark.de. A loss form can also be found at
europapark.com. If property is lost in the hotels,
please contact the hotel reception directly.
Opening Times
Europa-Park is open during the summer season
from 9am to 6pm. The German Allee opens at
8.30am for shopping and browsing. The information
boards, information offices and hotel
receptions have details about extended opening
hours during the main season. The park is open
during the HALLOWinter and winter season from
11am until at least 7pm. The Christmas market
in the German Allee is open from 10am. Europa-
Park hotel guests have VIP access to the park 30
minutes prior to the official park opening during
the summer season and 60 minutes during the
winter season.
Promotional Material
The following free promotional articles are available:
park map, show times, attractions brochure,
event calendar, EP News, as well as flyers on
current events. There are also information boards
throughout the park showing show times, highlights,
and daily special events.
Height and age information,
health warnings
At every attraction in the park you will find a
sign with information about safety precautions
and restrictions (height, age, health risks, etc.).
There are minimum height and age requirements
on some rides. This information is also indicated
on the free map of the park.

Smoking
Out of consideration for others, smoking is prohibited
in the waiting areas for the attractions as
well as in the restaurants and shops.
Reserved Parking
For €27 (per parking space) you can park
directly at the main entrance. Secure your ticket
directly on site or in the online shop in advance
(€22).
Sanitary Facilities
Toilet facilities are located in each themed area,
next to the main entrance, near the restaurants
and in all hotels. Our cleaning service inspects
and cleans the toilet facilities on an hourly basis.
Shows at Europa-Park
Brochures with the daily changing show times
are available in all information offices and at the
main entrance free of charge. Be there 10-15
minutes early as the doors close on time with
the beginning of the show. The number of seats
is limited.
Babies at Europa-Park
Baby-Switch
On rides with minimum height or age restrictions,
you can inform an attendant that you
require a 'baby-switch'. While your partner is
riding, you can stay with your child and wait,
for example, on the playground. Your partner
receives a card, which they then hand over to
you after their ride. Go to the exit of the ride:
now you can ride directly without having to
wait a second time. By the way, this procedure
is also possible with dogs (only on our large
rollercoasters).
Baby Changing
Separate baby changing rooms can be found at
the main entrance, at the information office by
the lake, in the Children’s World, in the Spanish
themed area and in the ‘glückskind-Lounge by
dm’ in the Italian themed area. In addition, most
toilet facilities have an integrated changing
table.

In the Italian themed are, families find a special
service and sales offer: selected products for
babies and toddlers, as well as a nursing and
changing room, away from the hustle and bustle!
Buggy Rental
For a small fee, buggies can be hired for your
little ones at the main entrance of the park.
Please note: Our buggies are only suitable for
children who can sit alone, as it is not possible
to lie down in a buggy. In addition, the number
is limited.
Lost Children
If a child gets lost, a park employee will bring
them to the information office by the lake, by
the Euro-Tower, or to the main entrance. As
a precaution, you can collect a free sticker at
any information office, on which you can write
down your child’s name and your mobile phone
number.
Food and Drink
Allergens
If you are allergic to certain foods, we recommend
the Balthasar Castle restaurant (Germany) which
can deal with your special requirements.
Bring your own food
You can bring your own food and drink into
Europa-Park and there are pleasant picnic spots
throughout the park. Please note that you are not
allowed to consume your own food and drink in
the restaurants.
