Babies/Small Children
Cots and Additional Beds
Cots and additional beds are available on
request at extra cost.
Baby Phones
Baby phones operating in combination with the
guest’s mobile phone can be borrowed against a
deposit from the hotel reception.
Bambini Toilets
In the hotels ‘Colosseo’, ‘Santa Isabel’, ‘Bell
Rock’ and ‘Krønasår - The Museum-Hotel’ there
are bambini toilets. In the themed and presidential
suites of hotel ‘Colosseo’, kids are always
delighted to discover their own specially installed
Bambini toilets (not in the Real and Imperial
Suites as well as in the VIP-Presidential Suite).
Breakfast with Ed Euromaus
The fun for youngsters starts bright and early. Ed
Euromaus or his friends welcome guests young
and old every morning in all of the restaurants
of our hotels (during the regular Europa-Park
seasons, not during low season).
Kids Disco/Entertainment
In the evening, Ed Euromaus dances in the
Spanish themed area. At the popular children’s
disco, the youngest can let off steam to the best
children’s hits. Lots of music, games and fun are
guaranteed during the approximately 30-minute
entertainment. You can also enjoy a pirate treasure
hunt in the ‘Pirates Club’ at hotel ‘Bell Rock’
or discover the ‘Krønasår’ with the exclusive
museum treasure hunt. Information is available
at the hotel reception.
Children Water Playground
‘Off into the refreshing wet’, is the motto of the
water playgrounds ‘Campo del Mare’ in hotel
‘Colosseo’ and on the ‘Pueblo del Agua’ in castle
hotel ‘Castillo Alcazar’. Fun and playing for the
little ones while the adults relax on the sun loungers!
In winter, the children’s water playgrounds
are closed.
Free accommodation for children
Children aged under 4 can sleep free of charge
in their parents’ bed.
Play Areas and Playgrounds
Our youngest guests can experience a lot on
the ‘construction site’ – a play area over two
floors - in hotel ‘Colosseo’ and in the children’s
play corners in hotels ‘El Andaluz’, ‘Bell Rock’
and ‘Krønasår - The Museum-Hotel’. Whether
slides, climbing, children’s cinema or learning
and game computers, there is something for
every child. The wreck Kakadu awaits all playful
children in the outdoor playground of the
hotel ‘Krønasår’. During the Europa-Park opening
hours, there are two more play options: the ‘Casa
da Aventura’ in the Portuguese themed area
and the adventure playground in the Spanish
themed area.
Board Game Rental
Spend the evening playing – board games can
be borrowed from the hotel receptions for a
deposit.
Changing Facilities
All hotels offer comfortable changing facilities
at the toilets.

Friendly Rooms
Accessible rooms in the Europa-Park hotel
resort are located in hotel ‘Colosseo’ (4 pers.),
hotel ‘Santa Isabel’ (6 pers.), two at hotel
‘Krønasår - The Museum-Hotel’ (2 pers.), and
three at hotel ‘Bell Rock’ (2 or 4 pers.), and one
accessible room in hotel ‘El Andaluz (2 pers.)
and ‘Castillo Alcazar’ (4 pers.). The rooms are
decorated according to the hotel theme. A look
into the rooms can be found on our website at
europapark.de/hotels under the 360°-views.
The accessible rooms have the following dimensions:
Passage width to and in the rooms at least
90cm, movement area in front of the bathroom
at least 150 x 150cm and before the passage
to a long side of the bed at least 150 x 150cm.
Minimum width at one long side of the bed
150cm. Width in front of devices and equipment
at least 120cm. The following principles apply
to the bathroom: stepless access, handrails in
the shower (85cm high) and to the right and left
of the toilet (foldable, 85cm high), toilet height
48cm, movement area at least 150 x 150cm,
wheelchair-accessible vanity unit.
Public Areas
All restaurants, bars and rooms are on the
ground floor or accessible by lift.
Public toilets for visitors
with disabilities
The hotels ‘Colosseo’, ‘Santa Isabel’, ‘Castillo
Alcazar’, ‘Bell Rock’ and ‘Krønasår – The
Museum-Hotel’ as well as the Camp Resort have
WCs for people with disabilities.
Parking
There is reserved handicapped parking in front
of the hotel entrances.

Vegetarian
Tasty, vegetarian dishes are available in all service
restaurants, and vegetarian meals are also
available in the buffet restaurants.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the rooms of the Europa-
Park hotels by prior arrangement and for a
surcharge. However, they are not allowed in
the restaurants, bars, wellness areas and in the
Camp Resort.
