First Aid Station
The first aid station is to the right of the
Lumålunda restaurant. In the event of an emergency
or if you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to contact the staff in Rulantica.
Filming and photography
Filming and taking photos with smartphones is
generally permitted outside of the slides and
attractions. When recording, however, please
always ensure that the personal rights of other
guests are respected and that nobody feels
disturbed by the recordings.
Lost property
The lost and found office is located at Guest
Relations inside the water world. Talk to our staff
there if you have lost something. Inquiries by
email: fundbuero@rulantica.de. If lost items are
found in the hotels, please contact the reception
of the relevant hotel directly.
Cash machines
There is a cash machine in the lobby on the
ground floor. You can also pay for the check-out
with your credit or debit card. TIP: Use your
EMOTIONS gift card.
Vouchers
Give the gift of a day full of action or relaxation
to your loved ones - buy an undated Rulantica
voucher ticket at europapark.de/gutscheintickets,
which can later be dated and activated
in the ticket shop. The EMOTIONS gift card is
also a perfect gift idea. With EMOTIONS you can
make cashless payments in Europa-Park, in the
Rulantica water world and in the hotel resort -
more information at europapark.de/emotions.
Height and age information,
health advice
In front of every slide and water attraction in
Rulantica there is a sign showing the safety
precautions and restrictions (height, age, health,
etc.) Some attractions are only allowed to be
used by children of a minimum height and age.
Height and age information can be found in the
free Rulantica park map and in the cover of this
adventure planner.
Information material
In the lobby (ground floor and first floor) of
Rulantica as well as at all guest relations you can
receive the following information material free of
charge: Rulantica park map, attraction brochure
and flyers on current events.
Children’s birthday
The birthday child receives free entry to
Rulantica on his or her birthday (valid up to and
including 12 th birthday). Simply show your ID on
site and enjoy the water. Birthday children do
not need an admission ticket - only proof of age.
Charging stations for e-vehicles
Charging stations can be found in the visitor
car park near the motorcycle parking spaces.
You can also find more charging stations at
Europa-Park Hotels.
Opening times
Rulantica is open all year round. The daily
opening times are 9.30am until 10pm.
Exceptions: Closed on 24/25.12.; on 31.12.
open from 9.30am until 7pm. Potential closing
periods for maintenance will be communicated
via rulantica.com. Rulantica opens 30 minutes
early especially for guests of the Europa-
Park hotels. Please note: the outdoor areas
Svalgurok, Dynstrønd and Snorri Beach are
open from May to the end of September, depending
on weather.
Car park
During your visit to Rulantica you can park your
car comfortably and safely in the visitor car
park with direct access to Rulantica. To exit you
need an exit ticket, which you can purchase for
a fee at check-out.

Private retreat options
If you would like to add a hint of luxury to
your Rulantica visit, we offer dreamy Komfort

Smoking
Out of consideration for other visitors, smoking
is not allowed inside of Rulantica. Smoking
areas can be found in the outdoor area near
Vinterhal and Ranknakor.
Relaxation and sauna area
A Nordic oasis of wellbeing with a fantastic view
of the water world awaits you in the quiet and
sauna area Hyggedal, optionally bookable. Three
saunas*, a steam bath*, two outdoor terraces*
and a fresh and exotic range of gastronomy provide
plenty of rest and relaxation. (* from 18 years)
Rula-Band
The Rula-Band is your constant companion in the
water world. It serves as a cashless means of
payment, locker key and authorises access. All
services are booked onto the Rula-Band during
your stay and paid for conveniently at the end of
your stay with cash, by debit/credit card or with
the EMOTIONS gift card.
Rulantica Saga
You can also experience the fantastic world of
Rulantica at home thanks to the novel series
and the radio play series of the same name. Join
Aquina and Mats on their thrilling adventures
and immerse yourself in the ancient Nordic saga.
Sanitary facilities
Toilet facilities are located in the changing
rooms, in the lobby, inside the water world and
outside. Our cleaning service both checks and
cleans all toilet facilities regularly.
Lockers
Lockers for storing your personal belongings can
be found just after the changing rooms. These
can be rented for €1 per day / locker. Safe
deposit boxes are located in the checkout area
on the ground floor and first floor of the foyer as
well as in Hyggedal.
Shuttle-Bus for hotel guests
Hotel guests of Europa-Park hotels can use the
free bus to the Europa-Park entrance, Rulantica,
YULLBE and the other themed hotels. This runs
daily as a ring service at regular intervals (at
least every 30 minutes).
Snorri Snorkling VR
A unique VR underwater experience awaits you
in Rulantica. Go on a spectacular journey into
the underwater world surrounding the island of
Rulantica with Snorri (optionally bookable).
