Allergies
Do you require special bed linen? We would be
glad to fit your room accordingly. In the hotels
‘Bell Rock’, ‘Santa Isabel’, ‘Castillo Alcazar’ and
‘Krønasår - The Museum-Hotel’ all rooms (except
suites) are fully equipped with hypoallergenic
bed linen.
Check-in / Check-out
Europa-Park hotel guests receive their Europa-
Park/Rulantica tickets at the respective hotel
reception on the day of their arrival. Guests of
the hotel ‘Castillo Alcazar’ please go to the hotel
reception ‘El Andaluz’ upon arrival. Rooms may
be occupied by 3.30pm and must be vacated by
11am on the day of departure. All of the hotels
have a luggage room.
No Minimum Stay
And the possibility to combine overnight stays
with Europa-Park and/or Rulantica admission
tickets allows everyone to create the holiday
they really want. And the best part is, with
each additional day you stay at the hotel makes
Europa-Park admission cheaper on average.
Air-Conditioned Room
All rooms and suites of the Europa-Park hotels
are temperature controlled.
Opening Times
The Roman Italian 4* superior hotel ‘Colosseo’,
the 4* superior hotel ‘Bell Rock’ as well as
‘Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel’, is open all
year round except 24 th and 25 th December.
Visitors can stay behind monastery walls of the
4* superior themed hotel ‘Santa Isabel’ in the
Europa-Park summer and winter seasons and
from Friday to Sunday (departure day) during
HALLOWinter and the low season. The doors of
the 4* themed hotel ‘El Andaluz’ are open during
the Europa-Park summer and winter seasons.
The walls of the 4* castle hotel ‘Castillo Alcazar’
can be scaled during the Europa-Park summer
and winter seasons.
Smoking in the Europa-Park hotels
A hotel that welcomes families and children
should be non-smoking and this is the case in
all of the hotel rooms of the Europa-Park hotels.
Smoking is allowed outside the hotels and in the
smoking areas available in some of our hotel
bars.

In all hotel rooms you benefit from free WiFi.
Additionally, you can use the WiFi provided in all
public areas of the hotels.

Everyone can feel right at home at Europa-Park.
The standard family rooms have a flat screen
television, direct-dial phone, bathroom with shower
and toilet, hairdryer and sun blinds.

EP-Express
The station ‘Estación Hotel Resort’ of the
EP-Express is located between the hotels
‘Colosseo’ und ‘El Andaluz’. Visitors can use the
train to travel conveniently and free of charge
to the evening cinema or evening events in
Europa-Park.
Fitness & Spa
The ‘Boston Red Sox’ fitness club offers guests
of the six themed hotels the opportunity to train
like a professional on more than 350m² for free
(for guests aged 16+). From cardio to training
with PowerPlate and weights, everything is available
for you. After the training, the sauna area
is the perfect place to relax and recuperate. Use
of the fitness club is included for hotel guests,
and the ‘Krønasår’ fitness area awaits all sports
enthusiasts.
Hairstylist
The exclusive ‘Francek’ hairstyling salon is
located on the ground floor of hotel ‘Colosseo’.
Hotel guests as well as day visitors can take
advantage of a professional hairdressing service
in a unique setting.
Hotel-Shuttle Resort
Hotel guests of the Europa-Park hotels can use
the free bus to Europa-Park entrance for hotel
guests, Rulantica, Eatrenalin, YULLBE and to the
themed hotels. This runs daily as a ring bus at
regular intervals (at least every 30 minutes).
Free Parking
Your car can be parked at the themed hotels for
the duration of your stay.
Pool
Guests of the Europa-Park hotels can choose
between up to five swimming pools, depending
on the season, and use those during their stay.
In the hotels ‘Colosseo’, ‘Bell Rock’ and ‘Santa
Isabel’, a heated outdoor pool with indoor entry
is available year-round. In addition, the yearround
infinity pool at hotel ‘Krønasår’ can be
visited. In the garden of hotel ‘El Andaluz’, the
heated pool invites guests to dive in during the
summer season.
Sauna
Guests can relax in five themed sauna facilities.
The Roman-Italian sauna area in the Colosseum
arch of hotel ‘Colosseo’ has a Roman sauna,
Venus steam bath and Laconium. The wellness
oasis ‘Marrakesch’ in hotel ‘El Andaluz’ has a
sauna, steam bath and heated loungers. Finally,
on the fifth floor of hotel ‘Santa Isabel’ there is
a panorama sauna, steam bath and ice fountain.
Furthermore, guests can visit the sauna area
of hotel ‘Bell Rock’ (including Finnish sauna,
bio sauna and separate area for women) with
its steam bath, heated cabin, ice fountain,
and a large sun terrace. Put your feet up and
get new energy in the Scandinavian feel-good
atmosphere. This is what the sauna area at hotel
‘Krønasår’ with bio sauna and Finnish sauna and
steam bath is all about. Hotel guests can use all
facilities free of charge. Entrance is allowed for
guests aged 18+.
Shopping Service
If you shop at Europa-Park before 3pm, your
purchases can be delivered directly to the
hotel reception and collected after the park
closes. In the shops of the themed hotels
‘El Andaluz’, ‘Colosseo’, ‘Bell Rock’ and
‘Krønasår - The Museum-Hotel’ you can get
photo articles, drugstore items, souvenirs,
fashion and jewellery as well as specialties and
other useful items.
Shuttle Service (subject to fees)
We offer a shuttle service (subject to fees) for
Europa-Park hotel guests to nearby railway stations
and airports. The nearest local railway station
is Ringsheim/Europa-Park (EC stop) and the
nearest ICE stations are Offenburg and Freiburg.

Spanish themed area
is open in the evening
As a guest of the Europa-Park hotels you have
the opportunity to stroll around the Spanish themed
area (attractions are only available during
opening hours of Europa-Park).

VIP Access
Early admission to Europa-Park
Europa-Park hotel guests have VIP access to
Europa-Park 30 minutes before the official
opening of the park for selected attractions -
during HALLOWinter and winter 60 minutes
before opening. In order to be able to use the
VIP access, guests require a valid ticket. There
is a separate entrance that leads directly to the
Spanish themed area. If hotel guests wish to
leave Europa-Park during the day, a picture will
be taken in conjunction with the ticket, allowing
hotel guests to return to Europa-Park on the
same day!

VIP Access
Early admission to Rulantica
Hotel guests are welcome to enjoy the Rulantica
water world with a valid day ticket from 9am.
With the evening and moonlight ticket, entry is
possible 30 minutes earlier: hotel guests can
start enjoying themselves from 4.30pm (evening
ticket) or 6.30pm (moonlight ticket).
