Navarro- McKelvey of St. Charles was sworn in on March 18 as a justice on the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, becoming the first woman from St. Charles and the first naturalized immigrant from St. Charles to sit on the court. Navarro-McKelvey has served as the Division 1 Circuit Judge in the 11th Judicial Circuit in St. Charles since 2020.
