DESCRIPTION<br />
Dipensing valves type <strong>PPV</strong> are perfectly adapted to supply a fixed<br />
amount of lubricant with high accuracy before to assemble small<br />
components as for instance, brakes, electrical wire connectors, door<br />
locks, roller bearings…<br />
The discharge volume can be adjusted by a screw . In addition, the<br />
system is capable of suction backing, so there is no drops backflow.<br />
OPERATION<br />
Position stand-by<br />
The pilot piston which opens the release air moves up and the<br />
grease pressure is applied to the top and bottom faces of the main<br />
piston. The main piston moves upwards as a result of the ensuring<br />
difference of area in pressure on its side.<br />

Position dispensing<br />
When the pressurised air is introduced on air piston, the pilot piston<br />
is pushed down and the grease come through the surrounding of it. Grease applied on the top face of the<br />
main piston pushes down it. Lubricant which was contained under the main piston is dispensed.<br />
Position return of the pilot piston<br />
When the air is released, the pilot piston returns to its initial position under the effect of the spring. At this<br />
time, a suction effect is created under the pilot piston to avoid drops. The <strong>PPV</strong> valve is ready for the next<br />
cycle.<br />

INSTRUCTIONS<br />
1) Air:<br />
Use dry, lubricated and filtered air supply.<br />
2) Installation:<br />
Place the dispensing valve close to element to lubricate. The discharge port has a thread of 1/8G to adapt<br />
all types of nozzles. Do not use nylon pipe for the discharge.<br />
FAILURES<br />
No discharge:<br />
- control the air supply circuit.<br />
- control main piston displacement.<br />
Irregular discharge:<br />
- Grease which contains air.<br />
(you must use clean lubricant without air particles).<br />
