DESCRIPTION<br />
The air oil <strong>block</strong>s type <strong>AVH</strong> are designed, amongst<br />
other applications for high speed spindle lubrication.<br />
<strong>Bijur</strong> air oil injectors deliver very precise amount of<br />
oil during a predetermined cycle time. A measured<br />
dose of oil is delivered into a controlled continuous<br />
circuit of air. The air flow transports the drops of<br />
lubricant along the inner walls of the tubing which<br />
feed the lubrication point . A large selection of<br />
injectors with varying discharges and precise<br />
adjustment and control of the air discharges permits<br />
continuous air oil lubrication.<br />

<strong>block</strong> <strong>AVH</strong><br />
All injectors discharge as the system pressurises and reprimes as the automatic pump decompresses.<br />
The highly accurate discharge of oil over the range of injectors together with an adjustable flow of air per<br />
injector allows a variable discharge of oil to be fed to each point. Please ensure that the system is fully<br />
primed before use. The system should be primed for at least 200 cycles before use.<br />

CARACTERISTICS<br />
Working pressure: 15 to 31 bar maxi.<br />
Reset pressure: 2 bar maxi.<br />
Lubricants to be used: mineral oil with viscosities, 30 to 3000 cSt<br />
at working temperature.<br />
Discharge: 0.01 to 0.04 cm 3 per injector and per stroke.<br />
Seal : viton.<br />
