Mikroprozessorgesteuerter Feuerungsautomat
für intermittierenden Betrieb oder Dauerbetrieb
zur Steuerung und Überwachung von pneumatisch
modulierenden Gasgebläsebrennern.
Durch ein PWM-Signal wird die Drehzahl eines
Gleichstromgebläses gesteuert oder geregelt.
Heizungsregler können an den Leistungsreglereingang,
den Analogeingang eines entsprechenden
Erweiterungsmoduls oder über die Vision
Box angeschlossen werden.
Das Anzeige- und Bedienmodul zeigt den Betriebszustand
des Automaten und ermöglicht die
Einstellung und Abfrage von Service- und Benutzerparametern.
Die MPA Vision Box ermöglicht die Parametrierung
und Analyse des MPA durch einen PC oder
Laptop.

Microprocessor controlled automatic burner control
for intermittent or permanent operation to
control and monitor pneumatic modulating gas
blower burners.
By a PWM signal the rotation speed of a direct
current blower can be controlled.
Heater regulators can be attached to the output
controller entrance, to the analog input of an adequat
extension module or via the Vision Box.
The operating and display unit shows the working
condition of the burner control and allows the
adjustment and inquiry of service and user parameters.
The MPA Vision Box enables the setting and the
diagnose of the MPA via PC or Laptop.

DUNGS erweitert die bewährten Doppelmagnetventile DMV/11 um die neue ecoValve
Baureihe. Kompakte Flanschbauform durch Integration von 2 Sicherheitsabsperrventilen
nach EN 161, Klasse A in einem Gehäuse mit gleichzeitig hoher Durchflussleistung.
Der max. Betriebsdruck ist 500 mbar, die Schutzart IP 54. Bei der neuen ecoValve-
Baureihe wurde jetzt die traditionelle Beschaltung des Ventils durch eine optimierte
elektrische Power-Beschaltung ersetzt. Gemeinsam mit optimierten Magnetspulen wird
so ein Reduzieren die Leistungsaufnahme um über 50 % erreicht. Die Halteleistung für
ein Ventil der Nennweite DN 80 beträgt jetzt ca. 25 W im Vergleich zur bestehenden
Baureihe DMV/11 mit 110 W ist dies eine Einsparung von über 70 % im Betrieb.

DMV ecoValve series with energy-saving coils
DUNGS is expanding their established DMV/11 double solenoid valves with the new
ecoValve series. A compact flange design by integrating 2 safety shut-off valves
according to EN 161, Class A, in a housing of simultaneously high flow rate. Its max.
operating pressure is 500 mbar, its protection class is IP 54. In the new ecoValve series,
the traditional wiring of the valve has been replaced with an optimised electrical
power wiring. In conjunction with optimised magnetic coils, this gives a reduction of
the power consumption of more than 50%. The holding power of a valve with a nominal
diameter of DN 80 is now approx. 25 W compared with the existing DMV/11 series of
110 W. This is a saving of more than 70% in operation.

In den achtziger Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts
baute auch Dungs Motorventile, doch die Ergebnisse
dieser Technologie überzeugten uns nicht.
Defekte Motoren, eine große Anzahl bewegter
Teile und die daraus resultierende unzureichende
Zuverlässigkeit führten zu der strategischen
Grundsatzentscheidung nicht länger motorische
Ventilantriebe einzusetzen, sondern das komplette
Ventilprogramm mit magnetischen Antrieben
auszurüsten.
Egal ob Einzelventile oder Mehrfachstellgeräte,
seit über 20 Jahren verwendet Dungs magnetische
Antriebe für alle Ventilebaureihen.
Millionenfach bewährt, zuverlässig, nahezu wartungsfrei
und robust.

We, too, manufactured motor valves in the 80s
of the last century, but we were not convinced by
the results of this technology.
Defective motors, a large number of moving
parts and the resulting insufficient reliability were
the reason for our strategic decision to stop using
motor-operated valve drives and equip our entire
range of valves with solenoid drives.
Whether it is individual valves or multiple actuators
– we have been using solenoid drives for all
our valve types for over 20 years.
Tried and tested, reliable, almost maintenancefree
and sturdy.
Long lifetime due to low wear, reliable also at high
ambient temperatures.
Only three moving parts, i.e. valve disc, plunger
and closing spring, are responsible for the gas
supply for gas shut-off valves in accordance with
EN 161. This translates into the following advantages
for our customers:
- High system availability due to uniform technology
from Rp 1/4 to DN 200.

Die DVD enthält alle aktuell verfügbaren 3D-
Zeichnungen des DUNGS Lieferprogramms.
Wie findet man eine Datei?
1. Öffnen Sie die Excel-Datei „01_3D_Selection_Table.xls“.
Dort finden Sie die Übersicht
aller Geräte/Teile.
2. Wählen Sie eine Produktgruppe, öffnen Sie
das entsprechende Arbeitsblatt. Die Übersicht
zeigt ihnen alle verfügbaren Geräte/Teile der
Produktgruppe.
3. Wenn das gewünschte Gerät/Teil vorhanden
ist, gehen Sie bitte direkt in die entsprechenden
Verzeichnisse 03-12 auf der DVD.
4. Die Verzeichnisse selbst enthalten jeweils alle
drei Formate dwf, stp, ipt.
Zur Voransicht benötigen Sie einen DWF- oder
Inventor-Viewer. Die Installationsprogramme dafür
befinden sich auf der DVD.

The DVD contains all available 3D drawing of the
DUNGS product range.
How to find a file?
1. Open the Excel-file “01_3D_Selection_Table.
xls“. There you will find an overview.
2. Choose a product group, open the work sheet.
The overview shows you all available products/
parts.
3. If the required product/part is available please
refer directly to the directory 03-12 on the
DVD.
4. The directories itself containing at a time the
three different data types dwf, stp, ipt.
To preview the drawings you need a special
DWF- or Inventor viewer. You will find the needed
installation programs on the DVD.
