participation in any program. Family
Membership is required for parent
participation programs. Please note:
“family” memberships refer to parent(s)
and their children under the age of
18 only; any other family members or
caregivers are required to purchase
their own membership.
We offer three options for registration
ONLINE REGISTRATION – will begin
Friday, December 7 @ 9:00 am
• 60% of our available program spots will be available online.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION – will begin
Saturday, December 8 @ 8:45am-4:00pm
• Timesavers and prefill registration forms given out at 8:00 am
BY TELEPHONE & FAX – will begin
Monday, December 10 @ 9:00 am

FOR YOUR INFORMATION
• Program registration is on a first come, first served basis. Popular programs fill up quickly!
• Registration will continue until courses are full
• Please be sure to keep your receipts for tax purposes, where applicable. There is a $10
charge for issuing Duplicate Activity Receipts.
• Programs are subject to change without notice
• Unavoidable class cancellations will be made up at the end of the session
• Please pick up your receipt within 72 hours of registering to confirm that you have been
registered for the correct program. If you are registering for a friend, please have their
name, address, phone number, birth dates and programs desired. You may register for
yourself and one other family only.
PROGRAM FEES REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
Try our courses and if you are not satisfied, please come in and tell us why.
A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is
required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
• Refunds will be prorated accordingly.
• Fees are payable at the time of registration.
• Please make cheques payable to: Kerrisdale Community Centre. A handling fee
of $20 will be charged for NSF cheques.
• Cash, cheque, debit card, Mastercard and Visa accepted.
• All programs paid by Debit Card will be refunded by cheque or your choice of Mastercard or Visa.
• HST is included in program fees.

programs, informing you of our services and
benefits and for statistical purposes. If you

Community. We welcome people on
a limited income to participate in the
