• Ability <strong>to</strong> work as part <strong>of</strong> a multidiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary team<br />
• Ability <strong>to</strong> <strong>in</strong>tegrate patient care with teach<strong>in</strong>g and research duties as well<br />
What’s it take?<br />
• A current, active license <strong>to</strong> practice pharmacy<br />
• Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science (BS) or Doc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>of</strong> <strong>Pharmacy</strong> (PharmD) degree*<br />
• General residency followed by a specialty residency <strong>in</strong> critical care<br />
