A “buddy system” is in place for all people with disabilities. All church<br />
leaders and church workers are registered with Blue Cards. Fortnightly<br />
“Crossroads” group meets on a Friday night.<br />

> > There are two designated accessible spaces in the car park, width<br />
>4000mm and gradient > A set down area is positioned immediately at the entrance for private<br />
vehicles, taxis and buses.<br />
Entrance<br />
> > The main entrance has a wide, clear opening and level threshold,<br />
and the doors are kept open during service times. Level landings are<br />
present both sides. At the secondary entrance to the fellowship area,<br />
aluminium tracking is an obstacle at the threshold.<br />
Interior<br />
> > The floor surface is low pile carpet and linoleum.<br />
Toilet<br />
> > The designated accessible toilet is accessed by leaving the main<br />
entrance and negotiating a steep concrete ramp (1:5 gradient) with no<br />
curbs.<br />
> > The doorway clear opening is very narrow at 760mm.<br />
> > The toilet seat height is 470mm. The toilet seat is positioned very<br />
close to the rear wall (710mm).<br />
