Prema zamisli chefice Priske Thuring i sami gosti restorana „L“<br />

sudjeluju u završnoj kreaciji naručenoga jela.<br />

Ako imate design hotel, koji je svrstan među 25 najboljih na svijetu,<br />

onda i restoran u takvu hotelu mora biti - dizajnerski. U hotelu Lone<br />

i njegovu restoranu „L“ otišli su i korak dalje te cjelokupnu filozofiju<br />

restorana, uz dizajnersku hranu, podredili prije svega gostima,<br />

njihovim navikama i potrebama. Ali i željama i mogućnosti da se sami<br />

kreativno gastronomski izraze. Da, dobro ste pročitali, u restoranu<br />

„L“ i sami gosti imaju mogućnost dati „posljednji pečat“, kako to kažu<br />

Talijani „tocco d'autore“, jelu koje su naručili i koje će na taj način<br />

mediteranske salate, paleta boja i svježih okusa podvučenih<br />

djevičanskim istarskim maslinovim uljem koje je još u vrijeme<br />

Rimskoga Carstva vrijedilo kao jedno od tri najbolja ulja. Uz salate,<br />

u ponudi je i tjestenina, pašte na najrazličitije načine. Filozofija je<br />

jasna - ne izgubiti mnogo vremena na ručak i ne opteretiti organizam<br />

preteškim namirnicama kako bi se dnevne aktivnosti mogle i dalje<br />

According to the idea by the chef Priska Thuring, the guests of the<br />

restaurant “L” themselves participate in the final creation of the<br />

ordered dishes.<br />

Let us be realistic, if you have a design hotel, listed among the 25 best<br />

hotels in the world, according to some reviews, than the restaurant<br />

of such a hotel has to be - a designer restaurant. At the Hotel<br />

“Lone” and its restaurant “L” they have even gone a step further and<br />

subjected the entire philosophy of the restaurant with designer food,<br />

first of all, to the guests and their habits and needs. But also, to the<br />

wishes and the possibility to express themselves through gastronomy.<br />

Yes, you have read it correctly, at the restaurant “L” the guests<br />

themselves will have the opportunity to “leave their imprint”, or as the<br />

Italians would say make “il tocco d’autore” to the dish they ordered,<br />

thus making it special - partly a creation of their own, regardles of<br />

peak. During summer, lunch will be subordinated to the activities in<br />

the open, swimming, hiking, sport recreation, and thus the food will<br />

be light, fast, healthy - with a lot of the Mediterranean spirit. You<br />
