Professor Chandra K. Arora - Assistant Professor
Prof. C.K. Arora is an M.Tech in Computer Science and MBA from FMS (Delhi University). He is

Prior to starting his own venture he was the Chief Technology Officer in Shell India.

Blue Cross of Atlantic (Canada), London Electricity (UK), GTO (Oman). He brings a rich blend of process orientation
and customer centric skills.
He has developed a unique blended teaching style that draws heavily from the Entrepreneurship, IT, Management,
Spirituality and Holistic approach to development of human resources. His lectures on “Managing Irritating people”,

He has earlier taught as a visiting faculty at FMS, Delhi University, Birla Institute of Management Technology, Institute
of applied Manpower Research, Jamia Milia Islamia and several other B-Schools. At AIM, he is Assistant Professor
in OMDS and IT departments.
Dr. Prachee Mishra - Assistant Professor

she was a faculty in School of Management, KIIT. She is Ph.D. in Organization Behaviour with
her field of research on leadership, work-culture, empowerment and organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Prachee has completed her Masters in Applied Social Psychology from Gorakhpur University,
UP. She has attended Counseling workshop organized by NIMHANS - Bangalore with a focus on
student counseling, and has also worked in UGC Project titled, “Study on Coping Strategies of
Care Takers of Chronically Ill patients”. She has presented paper in international conference organized by Asia-Pacific
Researchers in Organization Studies (APROS) – held at MDI Gurgaon, and also joint paper at IIM Lucknow, Noida
Campus. Her research interest is in the area of leadership, organizational culture, interpersonal relationships, group
dynamics, and Counseling.
Professor Pratima Sharma - Assistant Professor

Jiwaji University, Gwalior on “Managing and Identifying Potential of Eco Tourism for Sustainability
in Rural Areas of Uttarakhand: A Case Study of Selective Places”. She has been associated with
institutes like IGSM, Greater Noida, SriSIM, New Delhi and ICFAI, Dehradun. She has published
several articles in national journals like JOHAR and IITTM, Gwalior and in conference proceedings
and attended many national and international conferences. She is an active member of Tourism Academicians Group,
India.
Dr. Shalini Verma - Assistant Professor
