Dr. Ashutosh Kumar - Assistant Professor
Dr. Ashutosh Kumar is Assistant Professor of Marketing at AIM, New Delhi. He has more than ten
�����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������
holds Ph.D. in Business Administration (World Trade Organisation and India’s Foreign Trade) from
Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He is also pursuing his Master in Business Administration
from IGNOU. He has been awarded with University Research Scholarship and was Second
Topper in Graduation. He has written ten research papers which have been published in refereed
journals and conference proceedings. He has presented around dozens of paper in various International and National
Conferences and Seminars.
He has conducted MDP on “Self Development” for ONGC employees, Ahmedabad and National Conference on
Marketing at AIM. He has participated in FDPs at IIM-Kozikhode and attended four National Workshops. He is a
Member of All India Management Association, New Delhi and All India Commerce Association. Presently he is preparing
Module on “Salesmanship” for Distance Learning Scholars. His areas of teaching are Marketing Management, Sales

Professor Ravinder Bhatia - Assistant Professor

from Panjab University.Chandigarh and secured his MBA (Gold Medallist) from R A Poddar
Institute of Management. Jaipur. He joined a leading Public Sector Bank as an Officer Trainee and
served in various types of branches spread all aver the country in different capacities. He also
completed his CAIIB and stood First in the bank and was awarded a scholarship. Prof. Ravinder
Bhatia attended many training programmes conducted by IIM Lucknow, National Institute of
Bank Management Pune, RBI Bankers Training College Mumbai etc.
He worked as a Faculty in the Banks Training College for 6 years; he was also associated with the banks Inspection
Department for around 5 years. During this period he was also with the Central Bureau of Investigation assisting them
in investigation of the cases referred by the bank to them.
Professor Anil Kumar Sinha - Associate Professor
MBA from Lehigh University (U.S.A.), M.S. from State University of New York (U.S.A.) and B.
Tech from Indian Institute of Technology. Prof. A. K. Sinha is Associate Professor (Information

Companies) and academics (teaching and research) in India and abroad. He started his career
in teaching engineering subjects and consulting in computer technology in USA, he then worked
for 13 years in Fortune 500 USA companies. He worked with Bethlehem Steel Corporation
and Continental Can Company in USA and Aerospace company, Libya in the areas of project
evaluation, planning and implementation particularly relating to new technologies, development of computer programs
on CAD/CAM, systems management, training engineers in operating systems and various other high-tech. areas in
the field of IT.
