SWEEPSTAKES: All VARIETIES<br />
Breeder Judge: Mr. Rod Remin, Box 773 Crossfield, Alberta T0M 0S0<br />
JUVENILE: This class is open to all Dachshunds from 6 months to under 18 months regardless of their place of birth<br />
<strong>Dog</strong>s must also be entered in one of the regular classes at this Specialty. Classes will be divided by sex as follows:<br />
6 to 9 months, 9 to 12 months, 12-18 months.<br />
PRIZES: Rosettes are offered for Best in Sweepstakes , Best of Opposite and First in Class.<br />
Flat ribbons will be awarded for 2nd through 4th in each class.<br />
Best in Sweepstakes: 30% of total fees<br />
Best of Opposite in Sweeps: 10% of total fees<br />
First in class: 40% of class fees<br />
VETERAN: This class is open to all Dachshunds 7 years and older regardless of their place of birth <strong>Dog</strong>s must also<br />
be entered in one of the regular classes at this Specialty or exhibition only. Spayed or Neutered Dachshunds are<br />
eligible for this event. Classes will be divided as follows: 7 years to 9 years; 9 to 11 years and 11 years plus.<br />
PRIZES: Rosettes are offered for Best in Sweepstakes and First in Class. Flat ribbons will be awarded for 2nd<br />
through 4th in each class. Prize money will be allocated as follows.<br />
Best in Sweepstakes: 30% of total fees<br />
First In Class 15% of total fees<br />
Balance of fees retained by club.<br />
JUNIOR HANDLING:<br />

The Dachshund need not be owned by the junior but it must be entered in the Specialty. Registration will be at the<br />
WDC table with the Judging Schedule indicating times.<br />
CLASSES: All offered. There is no fee!!<br />
PRIZES: Rosettes will be awarded for Best Overall and First in each class, with flat ribbons offered for all<br />
remaining placements. Gifts will be presented to all participants, and trophies will be presented to all class winners<br />
and Best Overall.<br />
