Dedicated citizens and artists
established the NAK Neuer
Aachener Kunstverein in 1986.
The NAK has its own house with
exhibition rooms on two floors
in the former building of the urban
green space planning office
in the city park of Aachen and
addresses the broad public with
annually about 5 exhibitions
and multifaceted event offers.
The exhibition history depicts a
quarter century of international
contemporary art. Numerous
famous artists of our time were
given the opportunity in the
NAK of first institutional individual
exhibitions.
