information for the direct access to your account.
With Raiffeisen ELBA-internet you are directly connected to your Raiffeisen bank.
Please read below mentioned Quick Reference in order to immediately use Raiffeisen ELBA-internet. In case of
further questions, please do not hesitate to contact either your account manager in your Raiffeisen bank or your
ELBA-service.

Login directly via https://banking.raiffeisen.at https://banking.raiffeisen.at or via your Raiffeisen bank’s homepage!
In order to login you have two different options on the Raiffeisen ELBA-internet Login Page.
Signatory Signatory number number: number
Login by entering your signatory number and PIN. You will find your signatory
number and your secret PIN in your PIN-envelope.
Digital Digital signatur ignatur ignature: ignatur
The use of the digital signature in Raiffeisen ELBA-internet has to be requested
separately via your account manager in your Raiffeisen bank.
Security
Security
Raiffeisen ELBA-internet is equipped with a functional security system, preventing third parties
from decoding your personal data. We also ask you to contribute to your own safety by never
answering Phishing mails. In order to inform you about certain changes we exclusively use
ELBA-Bank messages.
Please always use a well-known Antivirus-Software, Antispyware and a Firewall and make sure
you update them regularly.
Never hand over your personal data to third parties.
For security reasons, please make sure to always press the „Logout“ button when leaving
Raiffeisen ELBA-internet.

Raiffeisen ELBA-internet is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 1 .

information: In your account information section you can view your account balance, the various
turnovers and all available booking details (i.e. vouchers, images, etc.).
Money Money transactions

Here you are able to create payment orders as well as templates. You can maintain
your standing orders and also information about your debit orders are given.
Securities Securities: Securities
Manage your portfolio comfortably from home. Via mouse click you are able to buy
and sell stocks and bonds.

wnloadcenter 2 : Via the so-called “Downloadcenter“ your bank can electronically provide you with
documents, such as the PDF account statement.
Finan Financial Finan cial status status
3 : The financial status section gives you an overview of your accounts, banking service
agreements (i.e. buildings savings contracts, insurance contracts, etc.) and various
other assets. You are able to maintain the display of your banking products.
e-Rechnung: Rechnung: With this electronic service, you have the possibility to easily download, print,
check, save and release the payments for your bills (e.g. electricity bills, insurance
bills).
