to finalize the draft Phase I partner programme (2013-18) and 2013<br />
Activity Programme formulated at the end of the mission<br />
o Agree on internal deadline for local project leaders& local<br />
coordination to deliver finalized version<br />
o Final control local and Flemish coordination teams<br />
o Submission of PP Phase I and AP 2012 to VLIR-UOS by 15 October<br />

o Development of a Management Manual : part of the mandatory<br />
annexes of the PP proposal (of course a dynamic document over the<br />
years) => examples can be provided<br />
