A landmark project larger than the previous two Palm islands located north of Deira, Palm – Deira will contain<br />
a mix of uses to cater to the growing Dubai population. The services provided by <strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> included full<br />
design of the entire access road network, full drainage and street lighting network design, and conceptual design<br />
of access bridges. In order to efficiently prepare and complete the design work, overall project management and<br />
coordination was applied throughout the design process.
