Location: Al Warsan, Dubai, UAE Client: Shadid Engineering Scope: Roads Design and Preparation of Construction Documents Project: The Lake Residential Neighborhood The Lake Residential Neighborhood next to Dubai International City is comprised of 30 low to medium-rise residential buildings with a total of 2,400 dwelling units. Crown Consult undertook the geometric design of the internal roads of the development which encompasses the preparation of the horizontal and vertical road alignments, profiles, proposed levels, and typical cross sections. The optimal access strategy to each building from the main roads was also developed. Signage and marking design, pavement design with typical details and detailed driveway design was performed by Crown Consult as part of the scope of services of this project. Crown Consult prepared the construction drawings and documents as per the requirements of Nakheel and other relevant authorities.
Location: Dubai Studio City, Dubai, UAE Client: TECOM / Verdaus Scope: Detail Road Design / Tender Document Preparation Project: Dubai Studio City Service Road Crown Consult was engaged to undertake the Road Design and preparation of the Tender Document for implementing the design of the service road along the main artery of Dubai Studio City. Dubai Studio City is to be the hub for major film studios in the region with supporting residential, retail and commercial landuse components. Close coordination with TECOM and The Zoning Authority ensured smooth and timely execution of this project. All the necessary NOCs were obtained by Crown Consult from the relative approving authorities.
