AJ Tower, a G + 29 Commercial / Office Tower and Car Park Building is located on a 10,000 square meter plot in<br />
JAFZA South. <strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> undertook the traffic management of the proposed development. AJ Tower contains<br />
retail and office landuse with a total built up area of 876,000 square feet. A G+10 multi storey car park with 856<br />
spaces located adjacent to the building caters to the parking needs of the residents and visitors of AJ Tower.<br />
<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> coordinated closely with the Client, the Architects and JAFZA to ensure the adequacy of the<br />
transportation infrastructure and design capable to cater for the traffic generation of AJ Tower.
