The development is a Commercial / Office Building located on a 6,812 square meter plot in Al Barsha First, Dubai,<br />
UAE. This G + 8 Building with a total built up area of 57,400 square meters is designed primarily for office use<br />
with supporting retail at the ground floor. A 3- basement Car Park and surface parking provide 512 parking spaces<br />
for the development.<br />
<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> coordinated closely with the Client, the Architects and relevant authorities to ensure the<br />
adequacy of the transportation infrastructure and design capable to cater for the traffic generation of the proposed<br />
development.<br />
<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> obtained the Traffic Impact Study approval for the development.<br />
