This project is for the development of the conceptual and detail landscape architectural design of 10 G + 4, 2 G +<br />
2 and one residential tower in Jumeirah Village, Dubai.<br />
<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong>’s scope of services included the concept design of the hardscape, pathways & ramps, water features,<br />
retaining & free standing walls, landscape planters, decking, fences, gates, detached pavilions, arbors & shade sails<br />
and softscape for this development.<br />
<strong>Crown</strong> <strong>Consult</strong> developed the landscape designs in line with client’s vision and requirements and in accordance<br />
with Jumairah Village guidelines and regulations. In addition, the design followed LEEDS standards for building<br />
designs.
