Brignull and his stepson Jon
Nicholson share a family bond,
and a family doctor, Brian Caine,
M.D. Each appreciates having a
close friend nearby who provides
skilled, compassionate care for
them and their loved ones.
Both are grateful for the ease of
access to their family doctor. “It’s
reassuring that we can get rapid
attention,” said Dr. Brignull. “We
see Brian for everything, from bug
bites to colds,” added Nicholson.
“When my kids are sick, I can get
them in right away. It’s an absolute
benefit to have access to that kind
of care.”
Nicholson is comforted that Dr.
Caine also sees his children Kyle
and Robin. “It is beneficial that
Brian knows my issues so he can
take preventive measures for my
kids at an early age,” he said.
They both value the personal relationship
they have with Dr. Caine.
“He’s a good friend,” said Dr.
Brignull. “Because Brian and I
know each other so well, he has a
better understanding of me.There’s
a level of care that wouldn’t be there
if we didn’t have such a longstanding
relationship.”
“There’s a small-town familiarity,”
added Nicholson. “He’s part of
the family,”
