RESEARCH + STRATEGY This is when our company sits and thinks on<br />
how to stay ahead of the competition by, of course, first researching the<br />
competition. And then ourselves, our consumers, their perception of us,<br />
changing buying patterns, emerging trends, so on and so forth. It’s a hefty<br />
task but one that’s done every year. Then we’ll refine, fine-tune, or totally<br />
throw out the old and create new strategies. And then after the year’s<br />
over, we’ll do it all over again.<br />
TRAINING + DEVELOPMENT Our employees are our most valuable<br />

<strong>Group</strong>. And lest you think this a chest-beating company statement,<br />
here’s what they receive: regular management training (with in-house<br />
management trainer), language skills, sales and service skills, supervisory<br />
skills, personal grooming skills and even weekly, company-wide yoga<br />
