RESEARCH + STRATEGY This is when our company sits and thinks on
how to stay ahead of the competition by, of course, first researching the
competition. And then ourselves, our consumers, their perception of us,
changing buying patterns, emerging trends, so on and so forth. It’s a hefty
task but one that’s done every year. Then we’ll refine, fine-tune, or totally
throw out the old and create new strategies. And then after the year’s
over, we’ll do it all over again.
TRAINING + DEVELOPMENT Our employees are our most valuable
