size aggreg<strong>at</strong>e and 66kg per cum of 11.2mm size<br />
aggreg<strong>at</strong>e and providing a tack with hot bitumen @7.5kg<br />
/10sqm. , including consolid<strong>at</strong>ion with a 8 <strong>to</strong> 10 <strong>to</strong>nne<br />
power roller and/or simultaneously providing seal co<strong>at</strong><br />
over the pre mixed carpet using 0.09 cum of crushed s<strong>to</strong>ne<br />
chippings 6.7mm size defined as 1005 passing through<br />
11.2mm size and retained on 2.36mm sieve , crushed<br />
granite chips per 10 sqm with <strong>to</strong>tal quantity of 9.8kg hot<br />
bitumen per 10 sqm including rolling with 8 <strong>to</strong> 10 <strong>to</strong>nne<br />
power roller all m<strong>at</strong>erials, <strong>to</strong>ols , plant and labour<br />
complete as per IRC specific<strong>at</strong>ion and or as directed by<br />
the Engineer.<br />
02 Preparing the base , repairing the cracked surfaces,<br />
assessing the extent of undul<strong>at</strong>ion and laying the leveling<br />
course for forming the road <strong>to</strong> specified lines ,grade and<br />
cross section by bituminous macadam leveling course<br />
with aggreg<strong>at</strong>e(granite) conforming <strong>to</strong> grading as per<br />
Table 13 of the specific<strong>at</strong>ion and 3% bitumen of 80/100<br />
grade by weight of the <strong>to</strong>tal mix and compacting with road<br />
roller and vibra<strong>to</strong>ry roller <strong>to</strong> the finished thickness all as<br />
per specific<strong>at</strong>ions and drawings using hot mix plant and<br />
mechanical pavers as per specific<strong>at</strong>ion and /as directed by<br />
the Engineer and providing a tack co<strong>at</strong> of 7.5 Kg/10 Sqm<br />
area as per specific<strong>at</strong>ion, all m<strong>at</strong>erials, <strong>to</strong>ols, equipments<br />
and labour complete and as directed by the Engineer.<br />
