Mr Grant Boyce B. Comm. ACA<br />

Company Secretary, Age 44<br />

Mr Boyce is a Chartered Accountant who<br />

was a partner at Ernst & Young until he<br />

established Montrose Partners in 1992. Mr<br />

Boyce has been the company secretary since<br />

inception, bringing to the Company many<br />

years <strong>of</strong> experience in pr<strong>of</strong>essional and<br />

commercial environments.<br />

Dr Monica Hope B.Pharm. PhD<br />

Regulatory Affairs Manager, Age 39<br />

Dr Hope is a Pharmacy graduate <strong>of</strong> Curtin<br />

University who has managed the regulatory<br />

affairs issues <strong>of</strong> the Company for the past<br />

two years. She has a detailed knowledge <strong>of</strong><br />

the international requirements for gaining<br />

regulatory approval for <strong>Sirtex</strong> Medical’s<br />

current and future product line. Dr Hope<br />

is responsible for taking the Company’s<br />

products through the numerous regulatory<br />

bodies that control marketing <strong>of</strong> medical<br />

products in the target markets.<br />

Dr Steven Jones B.Sc.(Hons), PhD<br />

Senior Scientist and Project Leader, Age 37<br />

Dr Jones is a physics graduate <strong>of</strong> the<br />

University <strong>of</strong> Western Australia who has<br />

spent the past 14 years in research and<br />

development. He has worked for the<br />

Cancer Research Institute Inc for many<br />

years developing the hyperthermia<br />

technology. He is a world expert in this<br />

area and brings to the Company an indepth<br />

understanding <strong>of</strong> the requirements<br />

for developing the Company’s technology<br />

to the stage <strong>of</strong> clinical application in<br />

cancer patients.
