Mount Esja: Take the 15 as far<br />
as you can, then hop on the 27<br />
for a trip to the bottom of the big<br />
mountain you can see across the fjord<br />
from town. It’s about a three-hour<br />
hike up and down the mountain.<br />
Sundahöfn Harbour: <strong>The</strong> new<br />
Route 12 or 16 will take you to<br />
Sundahöfn Harbour, from where<br />
you can take a short ferry ride to<br />
Viðey Island for camping, cycling or<br />
visiting the historic sites.<br />
All the Museums: All the galleries<br />
and museums in the greater<br />
Reykjavík area are accessible by bus.<br />
Get yourself a day pass and go crazy!<br />
Nauthólsvík: Reykjavík’s answer to<br />
Bondi Beach is a short walk from the<br />

Reynistaðavatn: You can go fishing<br />
in Reynistaðavatn if you take Bus 25.<br />
