However as most of the midgrade properties come in at over 85sqm they are often unaffordable for the first time buyer market, this means that there is a large demand for smaller medium-grade properties in the cities. As the economy strengthens, interest rates are falling and bank confidence will increase, which will give Brazilians the ability to borrow more with lower credit ratings.
