will normally charge 1% of the purchase price<br />

Negotiation and signing of reservation contract<br />
on behalf of client (if applicable)<br />
Offering facility to receive reservation deposit<br />
by cheque, credit card or transfer by client<br />
Conduct searches on the development, vendor,<br />
land, promoter, licenses etc<br />
Provide a legal report written by a lawyer of<br />
Manzanares on the searches and advice on the<br />
contract<br />
Preparing completion on behalf of client<br />
Negotiation of private purchase contract on<br />
behalf of client<br />
Exchange of contracts on behalf of client<br />
Full and clear instruction on purchase process<br />
and procedures<br />
Providing facility for unlimited legal questions<br />
by client<br />
Providing facility to client to use Manzanares’<br />
client account in stead of transferring directly<br />
to vendor<br />
Assistance and advice on stage payments (if<br />
applicable)<br />
Assisting and/or arranging signing deeds on<br />
behalf of client, registration of the property,<br />
collection documentation etc<br />
