18. Invoice Address for Prize Money and Fees

Invoices shall be sent indicating the above invoice recipient to büro luchterhandt. After the invoice is checked
it will be passed on to igs 2013 GmbH by the supporting office.
19. Copyright
Any work distinguished with prizes and purchases shall become the property of the promoter. The architects
shall be entitled to any copyright and the right to publication of the drafts. The promoters shall be entitled to
use the contributions of the architects, to whom further planning services may be assigned, for the intended
purpose. The architects and their legal successors shall be obliged to permit deviations from the contributions
to the competition. Section 14 of the Second Law on Copyrights and Related Industrial Property Rights (German
Copyright Law) from September 9, 1965 (German Official Federal Gazette [BGBl.] I p. 1273) shall remain
unaffected. Insofar as it proves reasonable the author(s) of the respective draft(s) shall be heard prior to any
substantial change to the implemented work. Suggestions on the part of the architects shall be taken into
consideration unless in the opinion of the promoters there are doubts in economic or functional terms which
are then to be communicated.
Insignificant partial solutions belonging to any other work that is not specified for execution shall be considered
as settled and may be used by the promoters. The promoters shall have the right to first publication.
They shall be entitled to publish the contributions submitted to the competition without any further remuneration.
The names of the architects and their staff shall be mentioned.
For the damage or the loss of the submitted competition work the promoter is responsible only in the case
of roughly negligent behavior.
