PITTSBURGH,PA— Students from Pittsburgh<br />

Institute of Mortuary Science<br />

(PIMS) recently sponsored the school’s<br />

annual Halloween party for patients at<br />

in addition to staff , family members, and<br />

Science (PIMS) class<br />

#140 recently visited and<br />

toured the Reynoldsville<br />

Casket Company plant.<br />

As part of their Professional<br />

Seminar Series<br />

course, the students were<br />

invited to Reynoldsville<br />

by Wayne Jackson, president<br />

of Reynoldsville<br />

Casket Company and the<br />

program was delivered by<br />

Rusty Meyers, vice president<br />

of Reynoldsville.<br />

Additionally, the students<br />

toured the plant<br />

where they saw caskets<br />

being manufactured<br />

from raw steel. Concluding<br />

the program and<br />

tour, Reynoldsville Cas-<br />

ket Company staff, specifically<br />

Judy Vandervort,<br />

supplied lunch<br />

for the students before<br />

they returned to Pittsburgh.<br />

PIMS is grateful<br />

to Reynoldsville for<br />

their continued support<br />

of funeral service education.<br />

the students had the opportunity<br />

to visit. Mr.<br />
