Funeral Homes. Th ese confer-<br />
ences were discussions on how each asso-<br />
ciation can help with not<br />
only the independent Jewish<br />
funeral home, but how<br />
we can all assist the independent<br />
funeral home.<br />
Th e discussions were very<br />
productive and formed new relationships. Kavod honorary<br />
member, Richy Adlman, along with Matthews<br />
Casket Division, also unveiled their newest all wood<br />
construction casket called Kavod, <strong>des</strong>igned exclusively<br />
for the association. Th e new casket which consists of a<br />
specifi c Kavod embroidered panel, all wood perfection<br />
cut shell <strong>des</strong>ign with new all wood hinging system, all<br />
wood sliding front latches, a newly <strong>des</strong>igned lid support<br />
with locking security system, and the availability<br />
of interchangeable panel <strong>des</strong>igns, a fi rst in the product<br />
line, will be off ered starting late 2009 to its members.<br />
