This detail to draw the attention on the shape of the omega profile of the cladding<br />
subframe :<br />
If the windshield panel is less then 10 mm, the screw to fix the<br />
windshield panel has no countersunk head but a round head.<br />
If as on this detail, the omega profile is fixed directly to the C-channel, then the<br />
base of the omega profile must be as narrow as possible to leave space for the<br />
head of the screws.<br />
When the windshield panels are minimum 10 mm or when the omega profiles are<br />
fixed onto a horizontal zed profile, then the omega can be used in its standard<br />
rectangular shape, because then it won’t interfere with the head of the screws.
