The table and compact scales of the company Mettler Toledo offered by us have a
diversified product line especially balanced to customer requirements, which are
suitable for the most different industrial environments.
In addition, a variety of weighing terminals for the most different applications in
almost every industrial branch can be offered. The calibrated terminals can be
equipped optionally ex works with an alibi memory to comply with the calibration
instructions for the junction of scales to a shipping system.
The weighing processes can be checked subsequently via the alibi memory by
means of a continuous clear alibi ID. Beside the gross weight value also the
corresponding alibi ID is taken over during the weighting query by the shipping
system.

Record Package Volume.
Package data recording is getting more and more important. Beside weighting data
volume data of the package are a „MUST“ in the international transportation
business already today!
CartonCube can be offered here for the field of parcels. Parcels with a maximum
length of 130 cm can be determined with the CartonCube1300 (or 80 cm with the
CartonCube800) concerning both volume and weight. If not only the weight, but
also the volume of the individual parcels is known, an optimal spatial load of the
transport vehicles or the following quick determination of the adequate storage
place during the stockpiling can be guaranteed. Heidler GmbH has a red-hot device
on sale in the field of pallet measurement.
Infrared and ultrasound in
volume measurement

Ultrasound is indicated as sound
waves, which are outside of the
frequencies audible by humans. The
three square tubes of the
CartonCube send out ultrasonic
waves, which are reflected by the
parcel. The length of the waves is
evaluated then by a logic and can
be queried by data processing.
Electromagnetic waves in the
spectral range are indicated as
infrared radiation. Light can be
divided into different frequency
spectra. That means, that each
frequency range of the light has
another colour. By evaluation of
these colours the outer dimension
and for this reason also the volume
of a package can be determined in
split seconds.
