Gender equality is an integral part of today’s political agenda. In the harsh reality of day-to-day business, efforts
to improve equality often seem fruitless – at least as far as executive positions are concerned. Business
continues to be to a large extent dominated by men. However, according to the concept of “womenomics”,
companies with more women in top management positions have better results.
