The <strong>LTC</strong>-<strong>602</strong> leak test computer is <strong>de</strong>signed for professional<br />

continuous operation in batch production conditions.<br />

All the modules, such as computer unit, measuring<br />

technique, pneumatic, control and display elements,<br />

are integrated in one housing: Reliable, robust<br />

and space-saving. The large colour monitor, which can<br />

be read in daylight, always <strong>de</strong>livers reliable information<br />

about measurement results, processes and test data,<br />

including the recording of historical data. Standard<br />

equipment inclu<strong>de</strong>s the displaying and gathering of<br />

extensive statistics and measurement curves.<br />

Control by the user is possible, as is the user-specific<br />

adaptation of the language and units of measure. A<br />

ring memory (FIFO) saves the latest 100 measurement<br />

results safely (optional: 2000 measurements). The <strong>LTC</strong>-<br />

<strong>602</strong> can be fitted with a wi<strong>de</strong> range of mass memories,<br />

fixed discs, networks and extra bus systems. Using<br />

numerous interfaces, the <strong>LTC</strong>-<strong>602</strong> can be integrated<br />

into fully automatic test machines and processes and<br />

is capable of running small <strong>de</strong>vices directly.<br />

In the analog module of the leak test computer the<br />

incoming information is processed and converted<br />

into digital signals. The excellent<br />

<strong>de</strong>tailing of the measuring data guarantees<br />

a high level of reproducibility. This means<br />

that the effect of any interference factors<br />

on the measured object will be recognised<br />

and indicated at an early stage.<br />

Even un<strong>de</strong>r difficult measuring<br />

conditions, the <strong>de</strong>tailed measurement<br />

data (pressure and temperature<br />

variation) guarantees an<br />

accurate analysis of the test situation<br />

and the corresponding adaptation of the<br />

The 24-bit analog-digital converter converts the measuring signal into more than 1 million phases. This measurement with precise<br />
