Open Courses<br />

to enrollment and participation by any person who has been admitted<br />
to <strong>the</strong> college and who meets such prerequisites as may be established<br />
pursuant to chapter II, Division 2, Part VI, Title IV <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> California Code <strong>of</strong><br />
Regulations, commencing with Section 51820.<br />
2. Limited English language skills will not be a barrier to admission to<br />
college and to participation in its educational program.<br />
