The Committee on Lodges Under Dispensation made the following re<br />
The Committee on Returns of Lodges U. D. at the last Grand Annual<br />
Communication of this Grand Lodge, have examined the copies of such re<br />
turns as have been submitted to them and respectfully report that these re<br />
turns comprise those of Euclid Lodge, at Naperville; Knoxville Lodge, at<br />
Knoxville; Acacia Lodge, at LaSalle; Naples Lodge, at Naples; Eureka<br />
Lodge, at Camden Mills; Central Lodge, at Springfield; Chester Lodge, at<br />
Chester; Roscoe Lodge, at Roscoe; Mount Nebo Lodge, atCarlinville; Union<br />
Lodge, at Little Fort; Scott Lodge, at Carlyle; Prairie Lodge, at Paris; to<br />
which charters were issued under their respective Nos. of 65, 66, 67, 68, 69,<br />
71, 72, 75, 76, 78 and 79.<br />
The work of Euclid Lodge in general has been correct, but in a few<br />
instances the degrees have been conferred too hastily.<br />
The work of Knoxville Lodge, Union Lodge, Chester Lodge and Central<br />
Lodge has been found correct.<br />
Naples and Roscoe Lodges had worked only under special dispensation.<br />
