One central task of top management and HR is the coordi-<br />
nation of structured planning for future personnel needs, develop-<br />
ment and succession in keeping with future business needs.<br />
It is also of importance to maintain the capacity for innovation<br />
and productivity by covering the continuously changing staff<br />
requirements in response to quantitative, qualitative and time<br />
requirements as well as general conditions.<br />
The goal is to implement the company’s strategy by having<br />
the right people at the right place. Therefore, future scenarios<br />
are considered, future requirements are defined and such questions<br />
as whom do we need from outside and who will be developed<br />
internally are answered.<br />
