10 Dimensions of <strong>People</strong> <strong>Management</strong><br />

Continuous development and further training are keys to our<br />

overall success. They also include the development of our future<br />

potentials. We are devoted to setting new standards with innovative<br />

and healthy products, while constantly improving quality in every-<br />

thing we do. That can only be accomplished with highly qualified<br />

and motivated employees.<br />

Although personnel development is initially a management<br />

objective, it requires initiative from both sides. Employees are<br />

encouraged to play an active role in their own professional develop-<br />

ment and can expect the support of management. Managers advise<br />

and coach their employees regarding their development.<br />
