10 Dimensions of People Management
Continuous development and further training are keys to our
overall success. They also include the development of our future
potentials. We are devoted to setting new standards with innovative
and healthy products, while constantly improving quality in every-
thing we do. That can only be accomplished with highly qualified
and motivated employees.
Although personnel development is initially a management
objective, it requires initiative from both sides. Employees are
encouraged to play an active role in their own professional develop-
ment and can expect the support of management. Managers advise
and coach their employees regarding their development.

The HR department supports managers
