Coaching is a process-oriented , interactive and confidential<br />
consulting process focused on the individual in a professional<br />
situation and related to a specific occasion. Development, change,<br />
problem-solving and decision-making processes form the basic<br />
framework for coaching within the company.<br />
The aim of coaching is to promote the development of the<br />
individual personality in defined fields of activity of importance to<br />
the company. Emphasis is placed on reflection critical self-assessment,<br />
action and reaction, thinking and feeling as well as mobilizing<br />
the individual’s personal resources.<br />

Coaching always takes place on a voluntary basis and in partnership.<br />
The coach is an external expert who is not involved in the coachee’s<br />
system. Coaches are recommended by HR/OD, but decisions regarding<br />
the selection of coaches are made by the coachees.
