On arrival in Cape Town transfer to your
hotel. Excursions during your stay include
a morning tour of Table Mountain, the
Malay Quarter and the City. In addition
there is half day tour to enjoy the spectacular
scenery and wine tasting in historic Paarl,
Stellenbosch and Franschoek, and a trip to
Robben Island Nelson Mandela’s prison home
for 27 years. Your hotel is on Cape Town’s
famous Waterfront - a great position for
enjoying Cape Town’s shopping, beaches and
sightseeing independently.

days 4-6 Lion Sands Private Game Reserve
After breakfast transfer to the airport and fly to
Mpumalanga, for an unforgettable safari in the
famous Sabi Sands. Over the next 3 days you
will encounter the African bush on morning and
evening game drives in open safari vehicles and
enjoy the sumptuous fare of the bush at your
luxury lodge.

days 7 - 9 Livingstone, zambia
After breakfast, transfer to Mpumalanga airport
for your direct flight to Livingstone in Zambia.
On arrival you are taken to your hotel on the
banks of the Zambezi River. Sundowners will
be on board the majestic African Queen as it
plies the mighty Zambezi River. Beverages and
canapés are included. The following day tour
the famous Victoria Falls and visit Mukuni
village - a chance to meet the real locals. Your
final day is at leisure to visit the Falls from the
Zimbabwe side, take a flight over the Falls,
lunch at the famous Victoria Falls Hotel or be
totally daring and depending on water levels
swim in the Devil’s Pool right on the edge of

options of travel to Tanzania to visit the amazing
Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater,

days 10-12 okavango delta, Botswana
Today you transfer by road to Kasane and then
fly into the famous Okavango Delta. Chief ’s
Camp is on Chief ’s Island which is created
by the annual flooding of the Delta. Over the
next few days you will have the rare privilege
of viewing game not only from open vehicles,
but also from the traditional Mokoros. These
native dugout canoes glide silently through the
Delta’s waters, bringing you safely up close to
land based big game. Game drives and Mokoro
excursions (subject to water levels) are included.

Fly from Chief ’s airstrip to Maun and then
connect to Johannesburg for one night at the
Emperor’s Palace.

at the Serena Hotel before your Kenya tour

days 15-16 Lake elementaita & nakuru
Depart Nairobi for the Great Rift Valley and
Lake Elementaita, a soda ash lake, home to
thousands of flamingos and pelicans. On your
second day enjoy a full day game drive which
features more amazing flocks of flamingos
on Lake Nakuru, one of the greatest bird
spectacles on earth.

northerly point of the Great Migration. Named
