Your Group Tour Price Includes:
1 Accommodation – in the hotels listed or similar.
2 Transportation - Entire round trip journey ex-Leh by a
non air-conditioned Qualis / Scorpio as per the itinerary.
3 Local Sightseeing – As per itinerary. The sightseeing
options can be amended as per opening / closing days /
timings of the monuments / gardens.
4 Meals – As per the itinerary. Buffet non vegetarian and
vegetarian meals will be served during the hotel stay.
5 En route meals will be vegetarian and can be packed or
served hot at the best available restaurant or dhaba en
route.
6 Entrance fees - Entrance fees to monuments / museums
visited, as per the itinerary.
7 Inner line Permit – Inner line permit for restricted areas of
Khardungla Pass, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake.
Note: It’s mandatory to carry voter’s ID card or Indian
National Passport in original, alongwith one photocopy,
for the permit for Khardungla Pass, Nubra Valley and
Pangong Lake.
8 Trawelltag Insurance is included.
9 All currently applicable taxes are included, excluding GST
of 2.58%.
Your Group Tour Price Does Not Include:
1. Any transport to / from Leh. Your tour price starts
ex Leh.
2. Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of
stay, unless specified.
3. Items of personal nature viz, tips, porterage, room
service, laundry, mineral water, alcoholic or non alcoholic
beverages, phone calls, room heaters, boat rides, pony
/ horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car /
ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing
tours / excursions not included in the itinerary, still or
video camera fees etc.
4. Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, entrance
fees, intra and interstate taxes etc, the tour price will be
amended in accord ance.
5. Guide charges.
6. Any items / services not specifically mentioned in the
‘Tour Price Includes’ column.
7. Govt. service tax of 2.58%.

• Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
• The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an
alternate hotel of similar category.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid voter’s ID Card or passport
along with 1 passport size photograph and a photocopy of
