HUNTER TC3700 TIRE CHANGER
The exclusive features of Hunter’s TC3700 tire changer operate
in unison to easily and safely change the world’s toughest new
performance tires.
FEATURES:
• The center-support clamping table, self-centering quick clamp
and adjustable rear column provide the flexibility to easily
mount large-diameter wheels.
• With three easily adjustable clamping heights, the TC3700
requires no flange plates for most reverse wheels and allows
the operator to work at the most comfortable position.
• An optional Bead Press Arm pushes and holds stiff sidewalls in
the drop-center position to ease demounting or mounting by
greatly reducing stress to the bead (standard on 006-TC3715E
and 006-TC3715EW).
• The TC3700 features powerful, high-torque electric motors.
The variable-speed drive system operates at a low speed with
increased torque to prevent damage to wheels and tire beads
when servicing tough combinations or a faster speed when
servicing less difficult combinations.
• The exclusive hydraulic bead-loosening roller system gently
rolls tires off or on rims. With the simple two-finger control,
a technician can safely hold the tire with the rollers while
spinning the wheel to complete match-mounting procedures.
• The floating, articulated mounting arm and polymer mounting
head follow the rim closely, reducing stress on the bead.
• The Force Multiplier Arm adds leverage when seating the
mounting head and holding it down against the wheel.
• An integrated wheel lift is available.

TCX575 TIRE CHANGER
The TCX575 leverless tabletop tire changer handles a wide
range of wheels with safe, simple operation.
FEATURES:
• The leverless tool head operates with one switch to smoothly
insert itself and lift the bead over the rim edge effortlessly. The
elimination of bead levers lessens the stress on the operator
and prevents potential damage to beads and rims.
• With the push of a button, the swing arm automatically locks
to preset wheel diameter and width positions to speed service
of same-size wheels.
• The powerful 220 volt motor and unique two-speed drive
system operates at a low speed with increased torque to
prevent damage to wheels and tire beads when servicing
tough combinations and at a high speed for less difficult
wheels.
• The twin-cylinder tabletop clamping system handles 12 – 30"
wheels and is adjustable to accommodate different wheel
widths.
• The patented Bead Press System includes multiple pressing
arms and a bottom roller disc to aid in clamping, lubricating,
demounting and mounting difficult wheel assemblies.
• The locking lower arm helps demount heavy tires and hold
tires in place to complete match-mounting service.
• An integrated wheel lift is available.
