TCX500 SERIES TIRE CHANGERS<br />
Hunter’s TCX500 series of conventional tire changers combine<br />
traditional design features with advanced capabilities to provide<br />
superior service with simple operation.<br />

FEATURES:<br />
• The traditional swing-arm design uses simple mechanical<br />
operation and locks rim diameter to speed the service of<br />
same-sized wheels.<br />
• Column height and its distance from the tabletop are optimized<br />
for large SUV and light-truck tires.<br />
• The twin-cylinder tabletop clamping system delivers 40% or<br />
more clamping force over single-cylinder designs and handles<br />
11 – 22" wheels. Extenders/reducers, standard with TCX515<br />
and TCX535 models, expand the range to 6 – 26" wheels.<br />
• The tabletop design allows easy access to the bottom bead<br />
while ensuring rigidity for large-diameter wheels.<br />
• The 110/220 volts, high-torque motor easily handles stubborn<br />
beads and features the fastest speed in its class.<br />
• Standard on the TCX515, the Bead Press Arm holds the tire<br />
in the proper drop-center position to ease the clamping,<br />
demounting and mounting of difficult wheel assemblies.<br />
• Standard on the TCX535, the patented Bead Press System<br />
includes multiple pressing arms and a bottom roller disc<br />
to provide effortless assistance to clamping, lubricating,<br />
demounting and mounting the toughest combinations.<br />
• TCX535 and TCX515 models include both steel and polymer<br />
mount heads.<br />
• An integrated wheel lift is available.<br />
