service requests, inci<strong>de</strong>nt reporting, performance reporting<br />

customer information and to log customer complaints<br />

To a performance level that ensures:<br />

The Help Desk is operational between: 08.30 <strong>–</strong> 17.30<br />

Response times as follows are achieved for calls logged<br />

with the Help Desk:-<br />
