Control i instrumentació Llaç L-TAC201-1 Objectiu del control: L’objectiu d’aquest llaç de control és el control dels tancs d’emmagatzematge d’àcid acètic a l’àrea 200 de producte finit. Aquest compost és un subproducte de la nostra reacció que comercialitzem, per tant cal tenir un control de la quantitat de producte emmagatzemada al tanc per tal de poder satisfer com a proveïdors al nostre client. Cada cert temps, camions hauran de recollir el producte per enviar-lo al client, i per aquest motiu s’haurà de saber la quantitat emmagatzemada. El sistema de control consta d’una vàlvula tot res que permetrà omplir els tanc. Mitjançant el sistema de control mantindrem els nivells dels tanc entre uns mínims i uns màxims i ambdós sensors van connectats a un sistema d’alarma. Mitjançant el primer control podem controlar els casos d’absència de producte . Pel cas de nivell màxim utilitzem el sistema de control com a seguretat de la planta. En cas d’assolir els nivells màxim en els tancs ens haurem d’avenir als protocols de seguretat establerts a la planta.
