Las exportaciones hacia fuera <strong>de</strong> Centroamérica, el turismo receptor<br />
y la maquila experi‐<br />
mentaron altibajos en la última década, pero la generación<br />
<strong>de</strong> divisas a partir <strong>de</strong> esas fuen‐<br />
tes casi se duplicó entre 1997 y 2007 (Gráfico 85). Las exportaciones tradicionales (azúcar,<br />
banano y café) tuvieron un comportamiento irregular<br />
y a principios <strong>de</strong> esta década cayeron<br />
a niveles por <strong>de</strong>bajo <strong>de</strong> los alcanzados a mediados <strong>de</strong> la década <strong>de</strong> los noventa (Gráfico 86).<br />
